Incubation Centre IIT Patna is focused on ESDM sector and Medical Electronics. This short term course is aimed at giving students, innovators, startups, faculty and Research Scholars an in-depth understanding of terminologies and core concepts behind medical device innovation.
The participants will gain insights into systematic methods to convert a concept to device, regulatory and commercialization pathways for such innovations and on how to identify and develop ideas for better clinical outcomes with less invasive procedures and shorter recovery times, all in lower cost settings thereby creating tremendous value. Those coming with a mature idea can bring it closer to incubation and those who are trying to identify a concept or at the early stages of the concept will gain the understanding on how to go about it. Those who are new to health technology can gain an all round exposure to the same.
