Ideation Process aims at generating a large number of ideas using various techniques such as brainstorming. The team can validate those ideas and choose the best, most practical or most innovative of the ideas in order to create better design solutions and products.

To do the ideation process right, the team need to

Ask the right questions and innovate with a strong focus on users and their needs.
Try to go beyond the obvious solutions, thus increasing innovation potential
Generate awareness and discover unexpected areas of innovation
Bring collective experience and thoughts of the team

Zero Lab – Creating a Space for ideation

The ideation space need to have an ambience that encourages creativity, teamwork and people interaction.

Keeping this in mind, Zero Lab has been furnished in a semi formal and open layout that helps the teams to come out of routine offices. Seating is arranged in clusters, that can support 2 to 8 member teams where entrepreneurs/Start-ups gather and talk about their ideas. If anyone wants a white board, there are a few moveable boards available to capture your thoughts.

Entrepreneurs can bring their own laptops and access the internet through the free wi-fi that is available. If one do not have a laptop, then a few computers are made available which can be used if any documentation activity or internet search needs to be conducted. Registration is necessary to access the facility.
